My SA1 Show & Tell Topic ~ My Favourite Insect

I had completed my show and tell SA1 on Wednesday. It is scary and fortunately, I managed to go through it smoothly. My friend told me that he should have done better to get Ms Junaina's praises. I like the Powerpoint slide I had done. My mummy taught me how to insert and made those butterflies flying, like real ones. Below is my show and tell, to share with all of you.

There are 500,000 species of butterflies in the world and my favourite butterfly is the Pygmy Blue. Pygmy Blue is the smallest butterfly in the world. It is only 1 centimeter long. The largest butterfly is the Queen Alexandra birdwing, it is as long as a long ruler.

Butterflies have 2 antennas, a head, wings, body, 6 legs and a proboscis.
They use their antennae for balance and to smell objects and they use their proboscis to sip nectar from flowers and drink water from puddles.

Butterflies and moths are close cousin. Unlike Moths, butterflies have large, colorful wings.

I like butterflies because they have colorful wings and can fly gracefully, like dancing in the air.

Question: What is the name of the largest butterfly in the world?

Crystal stands and hops for treats
